Red Tamales

Available in Pork, Chicken or Beef. This tamale is filled with a mild red sauce made from Anaheim chiles.

Green Pork Tamales

This tamale is a little spicy; it's filled with a green sauce made from jalapeños.

Cheese Tamales

Available only in the spicy green sauce. This tamale is filled with Monterey Jack Cheese and a spicy green sauce made from jalapeños.

Sweet Tamales

Lightly sweetened. Made with pineapple, raisins, and crushed cinnamon.

Sweetcorn Tamale "Elote Tamale"

Made from corn on the cob instead of the normal dry corn used in all the other tamales. Available only on weekends.

Custom Orders

We can accommodate custom orders, such as the bean tamale in the above photo. Other examples of custom orders include the following: masa-only tamales, green chicken tamales, green beef tamales, green pork with cheese tamales. Custom orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and may cost more than our traditional tamales.

Enchiladas

Enchiladas are made with cheese and includes a bit of diced onion. We can also make meat enchiladas, but an order must be placed 24 hours in advance. There is additional cost to add meat to the enchiladas.

Chile Rellenos

A Chile Relleno is an Anaheim Chile stuffed with mozzarella cheese, covered in an egg batter, and then fried. The chile itself is mild.

Lamb Heads

The lamb head is steamed. These are available most days.

Menudo

We have both white and red Menudo. Our menudo is made with corn. Extra corn and beef feet are available on request. Menudo is available only on Saturday and Sunday.

Carnitas

Fried pork meat. Available only Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Chicharron

Deep fried pork skin. Available only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Buñuelos

Flour tortilla that has been fried and covered in cinnamon and sugar.

Champurrado

A very traditional drink. This is hot chocolate combined with our masa and cinnamon. We have it daily and can accommodate large orders with 24 hrs advance notice.

Rice & Beans

Rice and Beans can be made with 24 hour notice. Only large quantities will be accommodated (minimum of 10 people).
